We don't manage HOAs

Individual condo units, yes. HOA-level common areas and assessments — not our scope.

We don't sell mortgages

We'll introduce you to lenders we trust, but there's no kickback baked into our fee. Cleaner that way. (We are affiliated with a Hard money company but not DSCR loans or Investment Mortgages)

We don't push insurance

We require coverage but we don't take referrals from carriers. You pick your own agent.

We don't do short-term rentals
